Domestic Violence & Relational Trauma Support

Inside the Knoxville therapy office

Who this is for

Something felt wrong before you had the words for it. That’s common, not a failure of judgment — coercive control is built to be hard to name from the inside.

How I work

I bring a feminist lens to this work — naming the structural and relational dynamics at play, not just your individual response to them — alongside harm reduction, which means meeting you at your actual readiness instead of a predetermined script. You don’t have to be certain, or ready to leave, or have the language sorted out, to start here.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.

Sessions and fees

Sessions are available in person in Knoxville or by telehealth anywhere in Tennessee and Michigan, with a sliding scale option for those who need it. Now accepting the following insurance: Aetna, Cigna, Optum.
